@BlendJet .. Ordered this product ( order no. 20155IN) in India and received a defective piece leaking at the bottom. Mailed to customer care , got no response. No Voice Call customer care service in India to discuss the issue. Kindly let me know how to proceed. Disappointed!!

@BlendJet Did recall in DECEMBER and have been email. All I get is it’s coming soon be patient. Over 8 months since I submitted and 5 months since you started shipping replacements and still nothing. 🤬

Companies that make promises they don't keep. @BlendJet you told me to stop using my defective blender months ago yet I've still not gotten a replacement.

Serious question, has anyone had a @blendjet replacement for the recall or what? Supply issues happen but we had to wreck the ones we had to get the replacements. And a lot would help if we got updates.

@BlendJet I bought my friend a Blendjet last Christmas. She had to send it back because of the recall. Sent it back in January and STILL has not received her replacement. Terrible customer service. What is the hold up on replacements ????
