I’ve never understood the argument “The Last of Us should’ve been player choice based” when you as the player are making the choices. You are killing people as Joel. You are killing people as Ellie. You are killing people as Abby. You are complicit in the character’s actions.

The gaming and watching playthroughs argument is so stupid. I used to watch a load of games that weren't on PlayStation but pissed I couldn't play them. The reason video games are the best medium is because they're interactive and you decide how it goes down.

@PandoMigos I thought art was subjective? What I expect from anything will vary depending on what it is I am looking for at that time. That goes for movies, shows, games, music, etc. If I watch The Office, I don't expect a story as cohesive as The Sopranos. Why is this any different?

galaxy isn’t a 10/10 masterpiece but damn it’s one of the few games that made me feel the actual vastness of space and the beautiful melancholy of it. comet observatory especially is one of my favourite locations just from being simple environmental storytelling.
