Another icon has taken her rest with the ancestors… Judith Jamison, an iconic dancer, choreographer, & former artistic director of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, has died at 81. Her illness led to her passing on Sat. at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.
