Awesome. This #NFT house sold for $175k over the weekend. 🏡 Holding the NFT gives you ownership of the actual house in South Carolina. The company that made it happen is @Roofstock and you can view the traits on @opensea. 👏🏻

@Monooz23 Good question; after the pending update, I would say ‘not anymore than in the existing web2 paradigm… and in reality much less, as web3 subdomains afford lessees more control/rights.

Things I'm thinking about while I'm "clearing my mind": - /r/ethereum needs to be destroyed and rebuilt - All LSDs are single entities with multiple operators, don't suggest they're "many entities" - I'm hesitant about MEV and staying away from it - We need better staking tooling
