They got back to me and said it wouldn’t effect my monetization on the short, which is correct
Overall I would recommend them, you can get like $50 off the first year if you sign up with a code

@Block_Rat @epidemicsound Did this end up getting resolved? I saw AstralSpiff using Epidemic Music a few years ago and was tempted to sign up myself, but I've always been terrified of accidentally getting a strike for music so I didn't pursue it.

Which is true, all it does is not allowing me to use the shopping feature on the short, which isn’t a thing that I use.
I’m still not a fan of it being there
I don’t think they’re doing anything malicious though, they’re a great company

@Barneyjack @epidemicsound Yeah, I did email them, they got back to me today and said that because it’s a short the claim is just acknowledging their ownership of the music and does not hurt my revenue at all.
