What an honor to meet @HesterPeirce at the congressional briefing six years later. The first time was back in 2019 when, as Director of the @MITBitcoinClub Expo, I hosted her and Gary Gensler for a fiery debate on crypto regulation (interesting watch even now). She’s been a steady voice for sensible crypto policy for years and the industry is blessed that she is heading the Crypto Task Force at the SEC. From no action letters on custody to removing mining and staking from their jurisdiction, she is meaningfully moving the needle. She is also truly engaging with builders in the space to educate and inform policy making. Crypto mom, you are an inspiration!

While I couldn't make it to Devcon this year, I want to remind all the amazing women at the conference to prioritize their safety! Here are a few tips to keep in mind: • Never leave your drink unattended • Meet new people in public places • Have a buddy system for after-parties and events. Let someone know your plans or use a location-sharing app • Keep your phone charged! Carry a portable charger! Most importantly, trust your gut. If something feels off, it probably is. Now go celebrate our bull market 💃
