Only 50 boxes, of the more than 1,600 boxes received, were sealed with chain of custody. What took place with the more than 1,550 boxes with no seal or chain of custody? Did you know that ALL ballots were to be printed on 1 specific type of paper with watermark? Instead, 9-10 different types of paper was used, mostly from Staples and OfficeMax.
