@GMB Twenty speed limit ok near schools, hospitals, care homes, residential busy high streets , areas but not everywhere where they seem to be popping up all over the place. I have a 2 litre Volvo XC 40 works with a pedal controlled speed restrictor and it struggles to go at 20mph .
