@strengthofsci Ultimately depends upon level of experience and hierarchy ie levels of responsibility within the club but everything being equal I believe pay grade / scale should be aligned.

Should an S&C coach be paid the same as a physio at the same level of responsibility? It’s come up a few times these past few weeks as the disparity clearly exist but I’m interested to hear people’s thoughts on if that is justified and why/why not 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
