Chuck Norris held a 183-10-2 record and was a 6x world champion in full contact bare knuckle karate.
On top of that, he beat heavyweight kickboxing world champion Joe Lewis 3 consecutive times and also had a brutal sparring match with undefeated kickboxing world champion, Bill Superfoot Wallace, that lasted an hour and a half. According to Wallace, they practically stalemated and "beat the crap out of each other".
Chuck was trained in kickboxing/boxing by Benny The Jet Urquidez and was also trained in BJJ by the Gracies and Machados for 20 years. Even being able to submit Carlos Machado himself on occasion.
Chuck had a 315 Ibs bench press at 180 lbs bodyweight and was said to have a grip back in the day that nobody could escape from because he was so strong. Even Jean Claude Van Damme said he'd never fight Chuck Norris, despite being a kickboxing world champion himself.
Chuck held a 10th degree black belt in Chun Kuk Do, a 9th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, an 8th degree black belt in Taekwondo, a 5th degree black belt in Karate, a 3rd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a black belt in Judo.
Rest in peace, Chuck!

Shouldn’t be surprised that Imane Khelif admits to having the SRY male-determining gene. What’s worse, in pursuit of ideology, IOC allowed a biological male boxer to step into a ring with women & politicians with zero understanding still champion it.
@zarahsultana embarrassing

Visegrád 24@visegrad24
Here is Italian boxer Angela Carini weeping after forfeiting her fight against Algeria’s Imane Khelif in the Paris Olympics This Italian boxer was robbed of her chance at Olympic Gold because a man was allowed to compete against her…

@The_Forty_Four 2 out of 6 spots have gone to men in the name of diversity 🤣🤣🤣…
She's never done a final. After that idiotic rant, I don't think she will be doing one in the near future.
She had a stinker like her punditry. One massive chip on her shoulder.

@mafarrell89 @Watch_LFC Mate they are absolute pie in the sky numbers eh…
Yer mans shouting 125 million for salah 🤣🤣
Olise -£105 million
Gordon - £100 million
Not one bit of logic anywhere

Liverpool’s perfect summer window:
Outgoing:
- Gomez £10m
- Endō £10m
- Tsimikas £12m
- Robertson Free
- Konaté Free
- Mac Allister £75m
- Chiesa £14m
- Salah £125m
- Elliott £35m
- Gakpo £75m
Total: £365m
Incoming:
- Olisé £105m
- Mickey van de Ven £65m
- Archie Gray £60m
- Gordon £100m
- Wharton £80m
- Promote Luke Chambers
- Bajčetić takes over Endō’s role
- Jayden Danns stays to be 3rd CF
- Trey Nyoni takes next step
- Josh Abe starts being integrated as RW back up, like Rio this season.
Total: £370m
Squad composition:
GKs: Alisson, Mamardashvili, Jaros, Woodman
CBs: Virgil, Jacquet, Leoni, VdV, Mor Talla Ndiaye, Ndukwe, Adekoya, Lucky
FBs: Bradley, Frimpong, Kerkez, Chambers
6/8: Gravenberch, Gray, Bajčetić, Wharton, Curtis Jones
8/10: Wirtz, Szoboszlai, Nyoni
LW: Gordon, Ngumoha
RW: Olisé, Abe, Morrison
CF: Isak, Ekitike
But the true beauty here is how many players you have who can cover other positions.
RB cover: Archie Gray, Szoboszlai.
LB cover: Van de Ven
LW alt: Ekitike, Wirtz
RW alt: Gordon
You keep a small, positive squad who all get the game time they want + competition in key positions (Rio takes the next steps developmentally, pushing for more minutes which keeps Gordon at his intense best every week), solid midfield depth and competition.
Slot gets to play his regular XI all the time as he likes to, but when he has injuries or rotates for cup games, he still has top quality players and depth in defence. We can challenge for a treble with this, if injuries aren’t too long term during the season.

@WilsonCoxLFC Slot has ripped up a title-winning team and we haven't added to strengthen when we are on top. Instead, we have added for a rebuild. It's so backwards it's like being in the Upside Down.

#LFC 🔴🚨The Liverpool long-term vision update:
The Liverpool board has shifted full focus to the summer of 2026 as the key moment for a comprehensive reset of the club's footballing project.
Understood Arne Slot will not be part of the future plans, with the hierarchy now prioritising a successor who offers tactical flexibility – capable of seamlessly switching between 3-at-the-back and 4-at-the-back systems.
Early signs of this strategic shift are already visible this window: the club has prioritised the signing of three young defenders (including recent academy additions), aligning with a rebuild that emphasises youth, adaptability and long-term sustainability.
A deliberate, patient approach from Anfield 2026 is shaping up as the defining year. More details on potential managerial targets and squad evolution to follow.
We have more to add to this however we cannot comment on it yet. Liverpool will implement something new next season👀

Here are just 5 things that happened in the UK this week:
-we discovered police in our second city, Birmingham, are doing the bidding of Islamist extremists while scapegoating Jews who were targeted for Muslim violence
-we learn child rapists & criminals have been allowed to become police officers partly because of woke DEI “diversity” recruitment drives
-the United Arab Emirates is so concerned about the risk of Islamist radicalisation in the UK they have just restricted support for UAE students to study at UK universities
-supposedly neutral civil servants told journalists they will either quit their job or work to block policies if the British people dare to elect a Reform government that actually wants to tackle much of this by slashing immigration, ending DEI & banning Muslim Brotherhood
-and the Labour government is so scared of the British people and open debate it is moving to both postpone local elections in areas where Reform is forecast to surge and ban Elon Musk’s X platform
All these things happened. In just a few days. We are quite obviously destroying our country.
English

@Corballyred I can’t disagree. Selling Diaz and Nunez was criminal.
But the worst thing to happen was having money to spend. It ment ripping a title team up and starting from scratch.
Gravenberch would be fine under klopps 4-3-3.
Under slot. Definitely not.
English

Top 10 mistakes last summer by Hughes & Edwards:
1) Selling Diaz
2) No targeting/signing a 6
3) Not signing Guéhi
4) No Diaz replacement
5) Buying Isak & Ekitike (too similar)
6) Selling Nunez
7) Elliott loan (can't recall; Villa won't play because triggers obligation to buy)
8) Selling Morton w/ zero depth
9) No recognised RB (can't rely on Bradley)
10) Signing Mamardashvili (poor w/ feet; not a sweeper GK)
For this, Hughes & Edwards should follow Slot out the door. Shambolic window 👍
