So here we go. I'm not allowed Medical Cannabis because I have a diagnosis of schizophrenia. So, while it's great that MC exists in the UK, I'm forced into being criminalised if I want to use RC. You could say, well, a schizophrenic shouldn't be messing with cannabis anyway. My brain, my choice I say. Plus my antipsychotic meds work really well, I can use weed and not relapse, no problemo. We have to remember that there are people who want to use cannabis for legitimate non-medical reasons such as: 1. Enjoyment 2. Relaxation 3. Altered states of consciousness 4. Relief from sober state 5. Communion with others 6. Religious / spiritual uses 7. Fun, joy, peace, love and happiness. New term... medical tyranny! Why should I be criminalised and excluded from cannabis use when smoking it gives me non-medical benefits? Remember some people aren't eligible for medical cannabis yet cannabis still benefits them in terms of psychological health and well-being. Illness and conditions isn't the ONLY use of cannabis. Enjoyment counts as a valid reason. Or else we should ban coffee, sugar, alcohol and take the high out of MC. Enjoyment counts as a valid reason to use cannabis! Legalise cannabis UK, #LCUK
