Finally minted my #UnityNode from @Minutes_Network & @WorldMobileTeam ! Now back to running all the ethernet to my wireless access points to support the operations of 2 UnityNodes. I will have these split up amongst multiple carriers. Xfinity Cable, BrightSpeed Fiber, Starlink, Verizon 5g Box, and Tmobile 5g box for diversity of connectivity.... What I’ve been up to lately: Reported two vulnerabilities in Hydra (resolved) Reported two vulnerabilities in smart contract libraries, did responsible disclosure with all affected dApps (huge thanks to @_KtorZ_ who identified the root cause of the first one and found and implemented the fix very almost immediately when I reported it); the second one took me a bit but I was able to resolve the issue myself. Identified and reported a security vulnerability that affected nearly every dApp on mainnet and would have allowed attacker to profit significantly at the expense of retail. Updated my BuiltinValue CIP (accepted and in active development by the Plutus team) Updated my Observers CIP (accepted and in active development by the ledger team) PR to introduce script context builder for Plinth for easily smart contract property-based testing. Drafted spec for ledger invariants guaranteed to be preserved in Plutus version. (PR to ledger spec repo soon) Drafted enhanced reward accounts CIP (allows users to do partial withdrawals from reward accounts and deposits into reward accounts). Drafted new design pattern for global state that works pre-Dijkstra era as it doesn't rely on `RegisterStaking` requiring a witness. Midgard TODO: Polish CIP-113 programmable tokens implementation and get someone to update the minting front-end or just integrate it into their own front-end. Make Mithril actually useable. Hire more

This approach doesn’t just parallelize execution, it also parallelizes consensus. That’s the key. We’re no longer bottlenecked by a global agreement for every step.

Imagine a blockchain like Bitcoin as a funnel. Transactions go in at the top, and come out the bottom once they’re confirmed. But the funnel can only handle so much at once, if too many transactions come in, it overflows and people have to wait.
