I very much dislike drama series who think it's necessary to kill off lead characters in the final episodes. Absolutely no need for it. Doesn't enhance the series as it's ending and simply turns what's gone before #CallTheMidwife

What’s a TV show you loved but only lasted a season or two?

It's destroyed all the previous series and leaves no interest in the prequel / movie. #SisterMonicaJoan deserved to outlive the series

There didn't seem to be electricity anywhere - even dark outside in the day scenes. Half the time couldn't see what was happening. Loved it but hope Birmingham provides them with light by next series

@rosecoloredchar Not been impressed by the season compared to others over the years A lot of it filmed in dark lite offices etc…, @EmiliaFox I hope this season was just a one off of disappointment as you set your benchmark very high over the years A lot Thanks PS do miss west London

@billy_wrinkles @DebbieBlackma14 An orphanage fire would be tragic and sad but I wouldn't be so invested or affected. Losing a beloved character who we have fought and suffered with for 15 years is devastating and her loss is too much. I haven't watched an episode since the story started #CallTheMidwife

@DebbieBlackma14 @Bluebell432 A fire at an orphanage would be tragic. A nun dying of very old age because her very old kidneys are so worn out that they can't do their job any longer, isn't. Sad, but that's life.Maybe watch something else on Sunday if it's too much for you.
