@thetrainline @tfwrail Thanks for responding Jane, what I don’t understand is how the app can say cancelled but still show the train as “moving” it wasn’t cancelled by the way. Mornings are stressful enough without companies you relay on for information getting their wires crossed.

@tfwrail I have to say your website and app are absolutely rubbish and @thetrainline what the heck is going on with your app this morning, showing train as cancelled yet appearing to be moving along the “track” like a dream 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wish there was a suitable alternative to @tfwrail to get DS25 to Newport in time for work at 8:30 🤬 service is so unreliable @JBryantWales @KenSkatesMS
