sometimes you wanna send money to someone onchain
but you don’t want them knowing how much you have
even if you try to hide it with an intermediary wallet
example:
• wallet: 50 ETH
• send 0.3 ETH → new wallet
• new wallet sends 0.3 ETH → recipient
they can still trace the history onchain
so the question is:

The hashtag is most likely filled with tweets from you or people closely associated with the project, and as I mentioned earlier, you cannot be the judge in your own case.
