Global25 results of a Tajik from Kabul, Waisalabat Y-DNA: R2a2b1b2b - R-SK2153 YFull: yfull.com/tree/R-L295/ FTDNA discover.familytreedna.com/y-dna/R-SK2153… The profile shows an East Asian and Dardic shift, resulting in a relatively close genetic distance to Burusho populations. Similar profiles have previously been observed in Kabul among Tajiks and even some Pashtun individuals from Kabul those with admixture from Kashmiri, Dardic and Tajik groups can also show a similar genetic profile.

CHG ancestry is the component of PIE.
Iosif Lazaridis@iosif_lazaridis

@Tom_Rowsell Genetics cannot answer the question of who among the several distal (EHG/CHG/Mesopotamia Neolithic/Central Asian) and proximal (Caucasus Neolithic/North Caucasus Lower Volga Eneolithic) spoke what. But the one certainty is that they must have had CHG ancestry. That's the constant

@iosif_lazaridis PIE + IA languages were first spoken in the South of the Caucasus end of the cline and spread into the steppe along with the spread of Caucasus-Iranian ancestry, just investigate the Ancient Iranian Continuity. More samples of the arrival and conquest of the steppe from the South

Having been formally asked- An ethnic insurgency inside Iran is possible, but challenging. The two most likely groups are the Kurds in the northwest and the Baloch in the southeast. Both are largely Sunni Muslim with nationalistic aspirations, organized leadership and combatants.

My father’s paternal clade G-Y164948 is officially a Pan-Kurdish clade found throughout all parts of Kurdistan (as well as in Egypt in an individual of Kurdish descent), with the newest sample belonging to a Kurd from the Mizuri tribe in Erbil. There are also several Kurds from Rojava and from the Erbani tribe in Mardin with the same clade whose results have not been uploaded to YFull or Theytree. There is also a possibility that individuals from the Jaff tribe in Slemani belong to the same clade, as they have tested positive for the upstream clade. All of us descend from a common ancestor who lived approximately 900–1000 years ago.
