Casa@getcasa

After two years of building under wraps, today we're announcing Casa – your personal property manager. We've raised $27M to redefine the homeownership experience from the ground up. We believe your home is your most treasured asset, emotionally & financially. It shouldn't also be a second job. Most homeowners are on their own – expected to have the time, expertise, and relationships to keep things running. Finding a plumber you can trust. Remembering when the HVAC was last serviced. Knowing what's actually wrong before someone shows up to fix it. Casa gives every homeowner what used to be reserved for the few: a dedicated team that knows your home deeply, handles the work, and stays in your corner. We're enabling this by building a deep, technical understanding of every home we serve – something that's never existed before, across 100 million single-family homes in the country. For $199/mo, membership includes: - A complete inventory of your home, built using specialized hardware & software - 1.5 hours of handyman time every month (and it rolls over) - Unlimited Concierge requests to take on virtually any home project - Custom, proactive care plans built specifically for your home - Weekly package and donation pickups - Scheduling and payments for your regular vendors - Utility and property tax monitoring …and we’re just getting started, with more benefits on the way to make the experience of owning your home as magical as it always should have been. Available now in the SF Bay Area and Los Angeles. Reserve your spot everywhere else. → getcasa.com

We have a fishing brand on SamCart that’s done $50M-$60M in lifetime revenue that just got acquired. > A bunch of guys whose whole world is to go freaking fish > Started with digital products & used them to build an audience > White-labeled their own gear, their own line of lures, and fishing equipment > Ten years of a sick lifestyle, getting paid the whole time > Then somebody came in and bought them. Awesome payday > Now they’re doing 500K/mo. They literally spent 10 years getting paid to build an audience and make their own products. Then someone showed up with a pot of gold. That's what owning your corner of the internet actually looks like.

The public comps trade at some of the highest multiples in the market. Essential service, recurring contracts, room to digitize more, route density based, simple COGS inputs. Major players get CPI + 200 bps annual pricing. And the industry is as fragmented as any you’ll see, leaving plenty of room for inorganic growth. Every dollar of profit you add is worth 15-25x. Hard to beat this business.

I'm going to delete this post in 48 hrs... Because I just dropped the complete system to scale from ZERO to $1,000,000 with Facebook ads. This is the exact 3-pillar framework we use to take ecom brands from broke to million-dollar months - the same system that helped my Inner Circle student Luca hit $1.1M in 6 months. We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients… But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE. Like + Comment "MILLION" and I'll send it to you.

brands are paying $80k+/month for creatives like this not influencers, not studio shoots, not expensive ad agencies just their product given a face, a personality, and a reason to stop the scroll the protein tub flexing in your kitchen the chip bag pointing at itself like it's proud the body wash smiling on a beach it was never actually on nobody needs to read the label the character sells the feeling before the brain even processes the product same concept works across every niche food, fitness, skincare, supplements one character, dozens of angles, infinite creatives brands that figured this out are scaling weekly without touching a camera rt + comment "character" and i'll send you the full breakdown on how these are made (follow for auto dm)

a tiktok account pulled 6.8M views, 312k followers, and $41,847. now brands are fighting to book her. she was built on a tuesday in 43 minutes. and no, this isn't another ai clip tool with a face on it. → before a single frame is made, the agent researches what's winning in skincare right now. then writes the script and generates the video. researched ads, not generated clips. → she's not a content play. she's a conversion engine that happens to look like a creator. → the system doesn't stitch, it strategizes. hooks, scripts, structure, tone, competitor research. think claude code, but for your entire ad pipeline. → every video that wins organically becomes the paid ad. $0 creator fees. 5.1x roas on first push. → one operator. one chat window. three personas. the brands hiring 6-person creator teams are being outperformed by someone who typed one direction and went to get coffee. comment skin for the workflow. this Adaptive AI agent tells brands exactly what tiktok content is going viral in their niche before they brief a single creator here's how brands are running campaigns that actually convert on Content Rewards: -> drop your niche hashtag in and it scans TikTok for the highest performing content right now -> filters by view velocity, engagement rate, and watch time -> identifies the exact hooks, formats, and topics driving views in your market -> maps out the patterns every viral video in your niche shares -> generates a full content brief your creators can execute immediately -> launch it as a clipping campaign on content rewards and scale with hundreds of creators -> tracks what's working and updates the brief as trends shift -> every step from trend research to live campaign is automated what used to cost a full agency retainer now runs on autopilot. reply "AGENT" + RT and i'll send you the full breakdown so you can launch your first data-driven creator campaign this week (must be following)

while everyone is still pushing dropshipping in 2026 the real money is sitting right in front of them — completely free to start and nobody on your feed is talking about it CPA affiliate marketing: → push free offers (app installs, quizzes, sign-ups) → pocket $1–4 every time someone takes the action → the person clicking spends absolutely nothing → no stock. no budget. no experience. no excuses. one TikTok slideshow called “top free budgeting apps” with your link in bio can generate $50–500 a day if it lands right takes less than 5 minutes to put together no shipping. no refunds. no customer support. no paid ads. just a video and a link. this is how kids with no degree and no connections are quietly outpacing people with 9-5s and nobody wants to admit it RT + comment “glitchy” and I’ll send you the full blueprint to get started today 🔥 (must be following me)

you're a fuckin fossil if you're still clocking into a 9-5 while broke 19-year-olds are making $30K/month with AI and X bro is waking up at 6am, sitting in traffic for an hour, getting yelled at by a manager who makes $65K, eating a sad Tupperware lunch at his desk, and going home to scroll X where he sees kids half his age posting Rolex unboxings and he STILL thinks "grinding" means the 9-5 grinding is spending 2 hours a day writing threads, building an audience, selling a $47 digital product, and compounding it the tools are free. the distribution is free. the playbook is posted publicly every single day on this app. you're not "behind." you're willfully blind. comment "FOSSIL" if this hit a nerve and I'll DM you the blueprint for free the ones who scroll past are exactly who I'm talking about

you're fuckin GAY if you can't pull $8K+ a month online in 2026 AI will shit out 50 posts for you in literally seconds. Posting takes 3 fuckin seconds. Millions of views. Zero ad spend. Even if 98% of your posts flop, the 2% that hit will still print. Throw some words in a Google Doc, slap a price on it, sell the same fuckin PDF 1,000 times at $50 a pop. Do the math. Need help? Hire a dude in India for $2.50/hr and go touch grass. 20 years ago? You couldn't do ANY of this. 100 years ago your broke ass had to mortgage the farm and pray the crops didn't die to start a business. Today you can start a business from your iPhone, on the toilet, for FREE. And you're still out here crying like a little bitch that "business is hard" and "the economy is rigged." The only thing rigged is your mindset. Comment "DOC" and I'll DM you the free blueprint. Or don't. Stay broke. I don't give a fuck.

Had a client tell me something in our first session that I've now heard from over a hundred men "I used to be different" He was 33. Software engineer. Trained. Ate well. Didn't drink much. Healthy by every visible metric "Different how?" "I used to be sharp. Quick. Funny. I was the guy in my friend group. Confident. Loud. First one to talk to strangers. I'd work all day, go out all night, sleep 5 hours, and feel completely fine the next morning" "When did that stop?" "Somewhere around 27 or 28. It was gradual. Needed more sleep. Brain fog crept in. Stopped wanting to go out. Became the quiet one. I thought I was just growing up" "And now?" "Now I feel like I'm piloting someone else's body. The person I was at 24 is gone and I don't know where he went. My girlfriend says I'm different. My friends stopped inviting me out. I just exist" "Has anyone tested you for anything?" "Doctor said I might be depressed. Offered an SSRI. I said no because I don't feel sad. I feel nothing. There's a difference" He's right. There is a difference. And his doctor should have known that We ran the full panel: - Total testosterone 380 at age 33 - Free T3 at 2.2 - Vitamin D at 24 - Fasting insulin at 18 - Homocysteine at 16 Every marker suboptimal. Not one flagged "Normal" across the board. Because the reference ranges are built from the blood of every sick, inflamed, medicated, sedentary person walking into that lab and he happened to be deteriorating at the same rate as everyone else. Invisible by comparison What actually happened to him between 24 and 33: Years of accumulated stress gradually increased intestinal permeability. Endotoxin started leaking into his bloodstream at sub-clinical levels. Not enough to cause obvious symptoms. Enough to keep his immune system in permanent low-grade activation That chronic immune activation suppressed dopamine production Dopamine isn't the "pleasure chemical." It's the molecule that makes you initiate. Move toward things. Feel reward from effort. Feel alive in a room full of people That was the sparkle that vanished. That's why he stopped being "that guy." His brain was slowly losing the one neurotransmitter that makes a person come alive and he was calling it maturity Chronic cortisol elevation burns through magnesium. Low magnesium impairs GABA production GABA is the brake pedal of the nervous system. Without it social situations feel threatening. Eye contact becomes confrontational. You start avoiding. You start cancelling plans You call it introversion. It's a depleted inhibitory system making the world feel like too much His testosterone dropped because his body read chronic inflammation as a survival state and downregulated anabolism Thyroid conversion slowed because inflammatory cytokines upregulated deiodinase 3, shunting active T3 into inactive reverse T3 His methylation cycle stalled because the B vitamins feeding it were being consumed by the stress response faster than his diet could replace them The person he was at 24 didn't leave. He was buried under layers of biological dysfunction that accumulated so gradually he mistook it for time passing We fixed the gut. Cleared the endotoxin load. Restored magnesium, zinc, active B vitamins. Got him eating enough food for the first time in years He came back The sharpness. The humor. The social confidence. The energy. The drive. All of it. About 12 weeks. Because none of it was ever gone. It was suppressed I've watched this happen over a hundred times now. Men in their late 20s and 30s mourning a version of themselves they think matured away They didn't mature. They degraded. And nobody in the medical system is looking for the degradation because the reference ranges moved to accommodate it The version of you that existed at 24 is still in there. You didn't lose him. Something is sitting on top of him DM me "REPORT" for the custom health report here's what you get: - full symptom and history mapping specific to you - the most likely biological root causes behind what you're feeling - exact labs to order and how to read the results yourself - a prioritized protocol: what to fix, in what order, built around your body not a generic PDF. not a supplement list. a personalized breakdown of what's actually wrong and how to fix it the report your doctor would give you if he had 4 hours instead of 13 minutes

Elite-level athletic analysis used to require a lab. Now it fits in your pocket. This is Daito Manabe's work. Rhizomatiks in Tokyo. He's the rare artist-engineer operating at the exact seam of computer vision, AR, and human sensing. He built AR for the Rio 2016 closing ceremony. Bjork's VR concerts. Perfume's Tokyo Dome laser shows. Drone choreography. EEG-driven music. And he's pointed all of it at a fencing blade. A sabre tip moves at 30 m/s, too fast for a coach's eye to reconstruct the path. 100 years of fencing coaching has been half-guessing at what the blade actually did. Before Rhizomatiks, tracking something this fast required putting reflective dots on the object, surrounding a room with a bunch of high-speed cameras, and running it all through a six-figure system (Vicon rigs start at $50K, Hawk-Eye installations run $100K per court). You could not do it on a fencing blade bc the blade is too thin, moves too fast, and flexes mid-swing. Rhizomatiks did it with no dots. No sensors. Just cameras and a deep learning model trained to find a sword tip a few pixels wide, in real time, against a chaotic arena background. They debuted it at the 2019 All Japan Championship and ran it again at the Tokyo Olympics. Nobody had shipped that before. Five years later the same class of computer vision runs on a phone. HomeCourt reads shot arc for $8/month. MediaPipe is free and open source. Youth sports development is still gated by geography and income. The kid with access to a $200/hr biomechanics coach gets a real feedback loop. Everyone else gets a dad with a phone and a hunch. Rhizomatiks proved the vision stack works on a sabre tip moving at 30 m/s. A baseball swing is a slower problem. The hard part is already solved. Someone just has to ship it for parents. At Texas Sports Academy, we're building the apps that put a D1-level coach in every parent's pocket.
