Всё чаще склоняюсь к версии, что причина этой войны в том, что США искали страну-камикадзе, с помощью которой можно будет шатать Россию. И Украина на эту роль согласилась.

@MrJHolliday @AlmaMaito This happens when your previous renter renovates and pays for the floor. When he leaves he asks the new renter to pay for the floor. If he doesn't pay, he takes the floor and leaves. Not common but happens.

Я тут узнала что во многих странах Европы налоги на наследство 30%, 60%… (выше определений суммы). То есть родители зачастую на могут завещать дом детям, и после смерти приходится его продавать. Меня это просто морально убило. Мое первое дикое разочарование в Европе.
