I had the honor to represent the US Virgin Islands national team at the pan American games in Panama last week. In my start against Bahamas I went 7 ip, 11k’s, 3 hits, and 2 earned runs earning my team and I the win. I want to thank coach Jackson and Barrnigan for the opportunity

One quiet producer in yesterday's game that really impressed me was @AshevilleHighB1 2026 SS @TaeTrantham Tae played a VERY clean game at SS, gobbling up any opportunities that came his way. Great actions, fast transfers, keeps his body moving. Keep and eye on this one. I think he might stay in the middle

Maturing as a pitcher is gaining velo for the sole purpose of throwing everything harder and using your fastball less. Fastballs are dead, off speed and breakers first.
