@souInibbIer @cessonmute Here’s the thing. Yes, our system is based on the presumption of innocence and the burden of proof for conviction is proven beyond a reasonable doubt. But if a woman tells the police a man grabbed her purse and ran off, they believe her and ask what the guy looked like.
