The three horrible P's of high school XC: Prima donna athlete... Private coach whose own ego feeds the prima donna... Parent too blinded by the private coach who created the problem. I hope HS coaches avoid this. There's always those 2-3 private coaches that wreck everything.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear friend and track coach Willie Deckard. After battling Pancreatic Cancer for months he passed May 6th just hours before our CIF Prelims. Willie was a larger than life personality on and off the track. Godspeed
