Failed Daily Cycle on stocks 10 weeks in. Not a good sign normally. Caveat, had one in March I thought was a very bad sign and it shot up.

I want to retire at 55 which is 12 years away. My kids will be 22 & 17 The only way my mortgage would be paid off by then is if I paid an additional $838.72 per month starting next year. My rate is 2.875% Would you go for the pay off or keep the mortgage into retirement?

@CallumLyon Incorrect. The bank didn’t say you can’t afford £800 a month. They said you’re too high risk for a £300,000 loan.

Bank says I can't afford an £800 a month mortgage so I pay £1300 a month rent instead.

@ArronJ89 @MoneyHacks16 @2147mill @DividendDrip I would get some tax advice on your bed & isa strategy. My understanding is you avoid future CGT but the move triggers a disposal event, therefore CGT payable on gains at the point of disposal.

My bed and ISA strategy is deployed. Over the next 5 years I will move this GIA into my S&S ISA. Avoiding CGT I will then be mortgage free on a circa £300k property. Approx £120k in SIPP I will then deploy approx £1300 p/m into SIPP @MoneyHacks16 @2147mill @DividendDrip

@RealJackPoor Maybe, but I’ll offer this - relatively quiet and slow drop into Q4 followed by a relatively quiet and slow up trend after Q4.

My June prediction: 1- I think we'll get a nasty drop where Bitcoin dumps closer to the $55k level and ETH dumps near $1,400 or lower. Everyone will think altcoins are canceled. This will happen to liquidate all the bulls, mainly retail. 2- This phase will last until mid-June, 17th-23rd max. When everyone is bearish, people think the June pump is canceled, that's when the market will bounce and start printing Q3 parabolic candles, likely in the last 10 days of June. 3- Then June will close monthly with a massive % gain, and the Q3 parabolic pump will start. That should send BTC to $100k-$150k, ETH to $3k-$5k, and the TRUE alt season will finally begin, sending alts 10x-50x in just 3-4 months. Just survive this month and don't get shaken out before the parabolic pump. Overall, I'm giga bullish on Q3.
