On a charter boat, a customer interfered with the boat controls (hitting the throttle) after being told not to go near the area, causing a sudden movement that nearly sent the captain’s face into the propeller, leading to a dangerous near accident! 😳 Do you think the captain‘s reaction was too harsh?

Vogel noted Instacart — a third party grocery delivery service — stopped the practice after amid outrage from customers in December, but he worries surveillance pricing tactics will only spread if not regulated.
