I just paid an M-pesa paybill from Airtel money and i got the transaction costs back as airtime. Catch me using M-pesa app again!

@dexxe The other day I sat and asked myself: Why do Kenyans complain so much about the Safaricom App when Airtel handles the same things smoothly with their own app? I realised the real problem isn’t Safaricom — it’s our mentality and resistance to change. Been using Airtel comfortably.

i wish more people gave airtel a chance. esp on data and airtel money. with the interoperability thing, we should be able to lipa na mpesa on airtel and sometimes get part of the transaction cost back as credit. then we start asking for airtel paybills at shops monopoly iishe.
