Some attention would need to give to logistics (unions for one-Take a look at NYC Prose for teacherpowered.org/inventory/grou…).

@jiwase1 @lornablee01 @hawaiiest In many ways, yes, I mean literally be a teacher. I know that is difficult but too much of what an admin does is divorced from learning and student and teacher growth. We can change our lenses and simply assume that we will teach and lead.

Thank you @jiwase1 for trusting us to lead in various capacities at the school level. Being in a support role for teachers gave me such valuable perspective + experience. (Appreciate you for sharing this piece via text! I just had to come on Twitter so I can share. 👍)
