@Bobbyglaze18 @JUSTIN_AVFC_ That's not his role Robert - he always takes one of the posts because he can leap - he simply saw what was happening, saw no one was moving, so moved himself. As for near posts - Olsen got there but missed the ball entirely. GK error 100%

I think Emery’s only fault yesterday was thinking he could trust those players to carry out his game plan….. he now knows they aren’t capable or willing. So I expect big changes within 12 months to this squad. I thought we only needed to add a few quality additions, I was wrong.

Up to £59 for a seat in the top tier of the Trinity Road for a 3pm game against Leicester. Going to Villa Park is no longer a matter of support, it has now become a financial decision that some just won't be able to make. It's a real shame. #AVFC

@doc3d I agree, he should not get beaten on his near post, but it happens to the best GK,and will happen again, he got caught out, and Watkins didn’t close him down quick enough,and it was a poor performance all round,why didn’t Dendonker play the ball back to Olsen, schoolboy stuff ☹️

Emery will have been spitting at that. If he’s not careful it’ll be Watkins he dumps not Ings.

@JUSTIN_AVFC_ No, you weren't wrong, two new full backs and a striker and this team takes off. The depth however is severely lacking - as is a winning mentality. I'd like to see him bring Bono in too, and wave Mr Olsen farewell. Can't get over that near post fluff👍
