@TheDarkDuchesss Phineas Gage had a massive iron pole blasted straight through his skull and lost a portion of his brain but continued to live for another 10 years. His case is really interesting if you wanted to check it out on wikipedia.

The human body is insane like wdym shooting yourself in the head usually isnt instant and you can live for hours and easily survive in many cases but if I fall slightly funny on the stairs it's instant

@SonicBoomFunny this is such a hyper specific thing to notice but i just realised the soup sipping sound effect is the exact same one used in space station 13/14. Hearing it made me feel like a sleeper agent being activated.

i also do think the area looked cooler with the transparent floor but at the same time it did also mess with me a little so while sad I do think its the right call.
(that being said, toggle-able motion sickness settings could be nice but small indie SE cant afford that :( )

@berdyaboi i guess *maybe* you could trick yourself into thinking he was actually mind controlled or something at the end of the first episode but even then his exhausted demeanor before he collpased at the end of the fight makes it pretty obivous nothing like that was going on

interesting experience yesterday of getting to cameo in the final session of a long-running campaign because my random oneshot character somehow got summoned during the final round of the last fight via. Wild Magic. I love D&D (Im the frog on the boat)

as someone who started playing during shadowbringers this is insane. you can now play all of FFXIV including up to what some consider to be the best expansion. All for the low low price of 0 dollar. Amazing.
