My trainees will tell you I always say part of the report is to mention how easy or difficult it was. Which manoeuvres helped. (Position, water, which scope). Drives me NUTS when previous endoscopist doesn’t document. It should all be in the report. @JAG_Endoscopy @GIwolfsonunit

We should use a standard classification to note level of difficulty on colonoscopy report to give a fair warning to the next endoscopist. Also helps to know if it is suitable for an early trainee. Here is something I made up earlier! @drkeithsiau @DCharabaty @BilalMohammadMD
