@BankofAmerica It's more like a penalty when you get hit with identity theft as a Bank of America customer. Total nightmare having to order a new card and you can't even use the digital card for 24 hours. Time to switch to another bank when this clears.

What‘s going on, @BankofAmerica? I never had much problems using your app to pay bills. Last months two payments took so long I incurred a charge on my credit card. Luckily the card company credited me back. Called your customer service. They said they dont use eft if the -1
