My first 100,000 subs on youtube came from a totally different genre of game. The majority of my Helldivers 2 content isn't even drama related. Most of my top viewed vids are tier lists and gameplay stuff but aye, you're right.

The artist can simply blacklist the user from comissioning, that's the extent of their power. A TOS is basically "if you want to work with me follow this", not a legal document.
