My first thought for the prompt "slice" was as a verb. And then I realised, it is also a noun. A delicious noun. And with this, my #inktober for 2018 is complete. Only 3 days late!

What's a good way to "jolt" yourself awake? Mmm, arabica. #inktober

For "double" I tried doing my normal ink (with a fineliner) and then duplicating it with a brush. The result... not a direct translation, and my brush work is still sloppy and heavy handed. #inktober

#Inktober This was really knife to draw. Chop chop chop. Use a smooth motion! No blunting my knife on that chopping board! (and yep, @globalknives_uk , that's a Global knife!)

The first thing that comes to my mind with the word muddy? A fresh #dinosaur footprint. After the previous "rushed helicopter" it was satisfying to put my heart into this one #inktober

This very classy piece took less than 1 minute. You can probably tell! "Expensive" item, cheap work. #inktober #helicopter

And from breakable to "drain". I considered going further with the shading (to make the bottom of the image dark/black and fade up). But I'm scared of getting dirty nibs :<... #Inktober
