This was the last we have heard of Twist, and this was in January. It is an absolute disgrace how they have handled this mode in almost every conceivable way, and we lost Duels for this. I don't understand why you would want your own mode to fail so badly.

The more i'm playing this the more i'm starting to think it's a real deck 2 possible gameplan : Control mu : aviana into tyrande into double 4 mana spell to get antonidas (Alliance) and then fireball face Or if this is enough just outvalue them with marin Code below

Honestly, Spell Mage deserves a hotfix change. Ladder is unplayable in its current state. Even across all ranks, Mage has taken over. The worst part is that the play pattern of the deck isn't even fun to play, let alone lose to.

I think I realized why I'm enjoying this expansion.

@ZeddyHS If you're losing to a deck that plays firefly turn 1 then your deck is afk. Furthermore this has got to be the most telegraphed otk deck of all time XD. When the data comes out it will be tier 3 or 4 at best. Stop crying because you lost a game two days into expansion release.

I swear if the card that finally makes Elemental Shaman playable gets nerfed because of Shadowstep I'm going to be .... well not surprised because that's what Shadowstep always does.

It's wild to me we have cards like this in the game that see zero play. 5 mana neutral minion that can deal 9 damage including face, and it's completely irrelevant. Think about Fungalmancer and how incredible that was, and how irrelevant it would be today.

@ZeddyHS Buffing cards to compete with power outlires is TERRIBLE idea. That way game would become faster and faster, so that at some point we would get 1 mana clear whole board. Or can you imagine each 6 cost minion to be at least 6/7 to have good stats for the cost? Outrageous!

"Why do they nerf everything, why don't they buff cards instead?" is a common thing I see thrown around which has little merit. This is how many cards were nerfed and buffed in 2023. This excludes Wild only buffs or cards reverted at rotation Cards nerfed - 81 Cards buffed - 99

@ZeddyHS Reno is a card you cannot play around and promotes combo style gameplay which you hate so I'm unsure as to why you love it. Sharpshooter DH was strong yes but it was never tier S and was only really competitive in legend,.

@BomberboyHS Yes the 9 mana card with a strict build around should have a better effect than a 3 drop at the time you can run two of. And Reno doesn't even blow your opponent up or draw your deck at the same time

I was told it would be a disaster if Prince Renathal would be reverted when he went to Wild. Also was told Reno would dominate and be a problem after rotation, then again when he was based on starting deck. I'm glad both of these changes happened and both are in a reasonable spot

@HSTopDecks @talso Extremely overpowered. If your opponent can't remove it on curve which is hard to do with 4 health it's almost game over

"Rogue has to have Shadowstep, it's part of its class identity!" Druid loses nourish and has multiple playable archetypes that aren't just built around blindly ramping. Maybe we could actually see Rogue not be about insane scams and mana cheat if Shadowstep isn't always there.

The fact Reno is going to get nerfed because of duplicate decks really rubs me the wrong way. He sees competitive play in one actual Highlander deck. Him getting hit basically means there's no shot at him seeing play in actual singleton decks going forward.

@ZeddyHS Explain yourself rather than just say things that have been answered. Mercenaries has zero maintenance required which is why its still in the game.

It's an actual travesty we're removing Duels while Mercenaries sticks around in the client.

I'm not going to lie. If I was watching the Master's Tour this weekend and seeing these games, I wouldn't really want to log into Hearthstone and play. These decks are all so miserable to face.
