@Bombers_Boss I was at the game and i have to disagree.. i couldn’t see anything about how they wanted to play in the forward half… slow and bombers long?? This type of footy doesnt win premierships.

I can see the way we want to play, which is a + , but we don’t have the players that can do it for long enough. Qtr to qtr, game to game. So many of core group are on long term deals. So what changes? Keep drafting the types we need and bringing FA in that can play that way

@BluesLaGoons A Brownlow….. thats what your going to judge a players sucess on. A medal given by umpires, who have very little idea about the game. Last time i checked, Daicos has the ultimate in a premiership champ.

Funny when Collingwood fans kept telling us that Nick Daicos is a multi generational talent, only for the following year Harry Sheezel to be recruited. How wonderful if Harry wins a Brownlow before Nick. And Sheezel doesn't duck his head, play for frees and not scared of contest.

@0Fig2 @ScooterMcNeice Alot of it comes down to midfield pressure. We were beaten around the contest by crows and lack of pressure coming out of these stoppages was a real concern. As a defender, you rely on some form of pressure to be applied to the opposition who is disposing of ball.Wasnt acceptable

@ScooterMcNeice Scooter when do we need to start having the conversation about Jordan Ridley? Since he has returned we have gone from hard to score against, to leaking 100 points almost weekly. He can’t beat a man, and isn’t impacting contests - either gets drawn in, or doesn’t go when required
