Sometimes when I see these kind of people in this state of sorrow I feel very happy, because they are the ones sending us useless people to parliament.

@AAgather That guy is the stupidest minister I had never seen

I think more than the uselessness of these ministers (e.g that Ugandans are disappeared, kept in illegal detentions, tortured etc and a minister of justice and constitutional affairs can’t be helpful), the burden they put on the taxpayer for extravagant lifestyles (cars, convoys, security, allowances, trips, housing etc), my biggest problem is the arrogance and insensitivity, the god-like attitude with which they speak! It wouldn’t have been so enraging if they just kept the big positions and all the benefits without any value for money but just kept quiet. This smirk on his face is like he’s happily dancing on the (graves) pain of those that are “being made quiet”.
