Two-year-old Kaleth is being locked away at the Dilley trailer prison. He is getting sicker with each passing day. He will not eat the food CoreCivc serves, which detainees have said sometimes has mold and worms. He now has a fever. When his mother asked for help, the staff said it was all “mental.” A vulnerable child at the Dilley trailer prison was suffering and ICE denied their reality and their needs. It’s shameful and must stop. I am calling for ICE to provide proper medical care to Kaleth and to release him and his mother Joani immediately.

That is not just an oversight. That is a statement of values. History will remember who was honored, how they were honored, and who was quietly minimized. 🚨ICE agents are now assaulting U.S. citizens for filming in a public parking lot, in Lawrence, Kansas. In the video, a woman is walking through a parking lot, well away from any arrest happening. An ICE vehicle pulls up beside her. Another agent runs toward her yelling, “Get back,” even though she is not interfering with anything. She calmly asks, “How far back?” He yells, “That far!” She complies. She turns and walks in the opposite direction to get to her own car. The agent continues yelling for her to get back. She explains she’s trying to get back to her vehicle. He starts to walk away… until he notices she is filming. That’s when he turns around, rushes back toward her with more aggression, and screams, “Get back now!” while he shoves her. And just to clarify… She is in a public space. She is not obstructing. She is complying. She is exercising her First Amendment right to record federal agents in public. She is attempting to access her own property.. her vehicle. An officer cannot escalate force simply because someone pulls out a phone. They cannot create arbitrary boundaries that shift the second a camera appears. They cannot use physical force against someone who is actively moving away. A federal agent shoving a compliant citizen, after realizing she’s recording, is retaliation for protected speech… and that’s illegal. But, the question we need to keep asking is… Why do ICE agents get so angry when they are being filmed?

I want to wrap your head around that number. $38.3 BILLION to warehouse humans. While millions are losing healthcare. While billionaires party. This isn’t “fiscal conservative” it’s a mass terror operation.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents tried to tell a building manager that a locked apartment building is not private property, in Minneapolis. In the video, the building manager asks a very simple question: Do you have a judicial warrant? The agent’s response? “This is not private property.” Which is a wild thing to say while standing outside a locked residential building you’re trying to get into. He keeps insisting she’s wrong. She doesn’t budge. She finally says, “You aren’t going to get in. I’m not opening the door without a warrant.” Another agent then asks if she can tell him whether the person on his phone is inside. She says, “No.” He then responds, “Can’t tell me that either? Want to keep your criminals in your building?” And she shuts that down by saying, “I want to keep my residents safe.” Which is the exact opposite of what ICE was doing. Because trying to pressure your way into private property, without a judicial warrant, is fishing. It’s hoping someone doesn’t know their rights. And do you know what they hope you don’t realize? If this person was actually some dangerous “worst of the worst” criminal, they love talking about, getting a judge to sign a warrant would be the easiest part of their day. Instead, they show up with no warrant, no legal authority to enter, and try to lie their way inside. Because ICE agents are gambling on the idea that regular people will be too scared to say no. And that’s why they continue to use threats and violence, while claiming that anyone with a pending immigration case is a criminal. This manager saw through that. Which is exactly why the Constitution only works when someone is willing to demand it be upheld. No warrant. No entry.

🚨BREAKING: Law enforcement threatened to kill an unarmed 17-year-old as he was leaving an anti-ICE protest in Indianapolis. In the video, police officers stop a 17-year-old and order him out of his car. He calmly asks why. Instead of answering, an officer opens the car door, grabs his arm, and says: “I will fucking kill you.” An armed officer told an unarmed child he would kill him… with zero justification. The teen looks visibly shocked and gets out of the car. Officers then shove him against the vehicle and begin searching him. After threatening his life, the officer tries to justify it by saying, “He was reaching for a gun.” The teen responds, “Who was reaching for a gun?!?” They find no gun… because he never had a gun, and never reached for anything. This police officer illegally threatened to use lethal force against a minor who committed no crime. Which is exactly what happens when a government excuses, defends, and normalizes law enforcement aggression. When officers know they won’t be held accountable, the threats get louder, the lies get sloppier, and the violence escalates.

So Gainesville Middle School is okay with white students being racist towards Black students. FAFO! Let’s make this piece of ish school go viral.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now threatening to violently assault U.S. citizens for the crime of sitting in their own car, in a parking lot… Yes. Literally that. ICE agents are now claiming U.S. citizens are not allowed to be in the same parking lot as them. In the video, you can hear an agent approach a person sitting quietly in their car and announce that he is ICE, and that other ICE agents are also in the parking lot… Then the agent immediately issues what he calls his “one and only warning.” The person responds, “I was just on the phone.” The agent responds, “No. No you’re not.” The agent then escalates to a direct threat of violence, saying… “This is your one and only warning. I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. And then the agent illegally orders the U.S. citizen to “get the fuck out” of the parking lot and tells him he is not allowed to return. To break that all down… an ICE agent used intimidation, retaliation, and threats of violence against a U.S. citizen for exercising their First Amendment rights, and existing in a public space. And then banned the U.S. citizen from returning to the public space. So, just to be absolutely clear… The Trump administration is conditioning the public to obey masked federal agents, without questions and without rights.

In any other time or presidency, this story. reported by @WSJ, would be an earthquake of a scandal. The size, scope and implications of it are unprecedented and mind-boggling. But will this Congress, which brayed endlessly about the "Biden crime family," probe it? Not a chance.
