Lots of privilege to name here, being close to family that can help us allowed me to go back to work earlier, the fact my hubs gets paternity leave & also that my work is flexible & remote first were all imp factors. This parenting life is HARD & it takes a damn village. 🫶🏽

I’ve been a mom for ~ 3.5 months & back at work for 1.5 months. My hubs starts paternity leave next week so the balance til then is REAL. 😅 thx to our fam for helping out & also to the many, many ppl on calls (esp my team) who haven’t blinked an eye when my kid has made a cameo.
