I can’t believe I had been blinded by NUP hooligans into criticizing the NRM government, the best government we have ever had. President Museveni is truly God-sent and the greatest leader the world has ever seen.
Beginning with, the 5-year term for our good MPs is clearly too small for them to complete their national duties. I fully support the proposal to extend it to 7 years, and if possible, 10 years would be better for stability.
About the UGX 100 million for MPs, that is real appreciation. In fact, those complaining about healthcare should understand that our MPs are more important than hospitals. As long as they are well facilitated, the country is safe.
In the same spirit, I request the government and H.E @KagutaMuseveni to go further and buy helicopters for our MPs especially those from far areas like Rwenzori, Kigezi, West Nile, Karamoja, Elgon, and the North. They deserve comfort as they serve us.
And as Ugandans, we must also play our part. I propose that the government should increase taxes by at least 50% to ensure all these necessities are well funded. After all, Ugandans are very rich — we just waste money on alcohol, sex and other unnecessary pleasures.

Recent images from Iran claim to show damage on aircraft parts that could be consistent with air defense hits.
This comes after earlier releasing an image of what they claim to be a skull of an American pilot
Two competing narratives:
🇺🇸 The U.S.: We intentionally destroyed the two disabled C-130s (mechanical issues + stuck in terrain) to prevent classified special ops technology from falling into Iranian hands as enemy forces approached
🇮🇷 Iran: We shot own the two C-130s with air defenses, and killed the American forces in these aircraft (Note: Each aircraft would probably involved about 5 crew members and 10–25 special ops rescue personnel)

This isn’t your usual missile. It launches with a solid-fuel booster, shoots up crazy fast, reportedly past Mach 15, all the way to the edge of the atmosphere.

And this is where it gets tricky… it doesn’t just fall straight. It glides, adjusts mid-air, flies around 12–30 km high, then drops lower and starts making sharp, last-second turns.
Speed? Anywhere from Mach 5 to Mach 20, that’s up to ~17,900 km/h (around 10,000 mph). At that speed, systems like Iron Dome, Arrow, and David’s Sling barely get time to react.
So it’s not just fast, it’s moving all over the place, too. That combo makes it really hard to stop.
