@shukii @HM_Passport Email the upgrade team with your sons PEX reference and date of travel in the subject line. In the email include all his information, your contact details, evidence of travel date. You must supply evidence, they contact you back in order of date of travel! Hope that helps

@HM_Passport after a 24hr callback, just been on hold for 2 hours to get my son's passport application upgraded, only to get cut off. When I rung back I was logged another callback within 24 hours. This is unacceptable

@maddyp1990 @kt2burns @HM_Passport I had zero contact at all, I completely empathise with how stressful it is. I called HMPO about 4 times a day and just cried! All I know is if they consider your upgrade successful, they contact in order of departure. We were contacted 24 hours before. X

@Samanth01393249 @HM_Passport I emailed the upgrade team with my evidence to when I needed the passport by and all my sons supporting docs. Included his PEX and the date required in the subject of the email. They contacted me back approving the upgrade 24hrs before the date I needed it for! Xx

@saampooley @life_withrach @iamsk994 @HM_Passport Mine got through the upgrade team, 24 hours after they called it arrived for me. I had to pay £100. We got our MP involved, submitted evidence of needing it. Got it on the day we needed for. Cutting it very fine. If I could have gotten to a local office I would have done.

@YakuzaXI @MelanieClarks @HM_Passport I emailed all of the upgrade office addresses, Newport replied saying they weren’t dealing with our application but they forwarded my enquiry to the relevant office. Worth a shot 🤞🏼🙏🏼

@BoobierEmma @xmichaelshair @HM_Passport My friend done all that & never got a call, she came off nite shift (paramedic) last nite at midnight and travel from Scotland to Durham (where the passport is ) and queued for 51/2 hrs to get seen said they will send 2 print at Glasgow for Monday , she not holding her breath

@HM_Passport My girlfriend has been waiting 11 weeks and we travel in 8 days. We have rung several times and spent HOURS on the phone, sent multiple emails, been told different things by different people and no one can tell us anything. I understand delays but the service is diabolical.

How do I speak to a human at @HM_Passport? I've gone through the phone line options but even though we are travelling in less than two weeks I only get an automated update, not a human being 👀is there a different number to call?

@HM_Passport totally gutted! Application sent almost 14 weeks ago - due to travel in 5 days and still in limbo. 1st holiday in 2.5years as I’ve been working in ICU through the pandemic. The kids are devastated and will cost us a small fortune to change the holiday 😔😔😔
