Bro... use your brain. The meme means: IF you say this is about meteorites, THEN it would also mean cattle and feathers are flying from heaven — therefore this interpretation is nonsense. That's what it means. Your complaint makes no sense at all. And your fake god misrepresents Judaism and Christianity throughout the Quran — just saying. So spare me the whining.

@Boogeyman_925 Yes, but many modern islamic apologists say it's about meteorites. And this is what the meme is about.

Classical Islamic scholars didn’t use this verse as a scientific claim about meteorites. They understood it as: God created iron God made it accessible and beneficial to humans 3. About meteorites specifically Yes, scientifically, some iron on Earth came from space, but the verse itself doesn’t require that interpretation. Reading modern science back into ancient scripture is often more about the reader than the text. The Qur’an uses ‘sent down’ for many things like clothing and cattle too. It means God provided them, not that they literally fell from the sky. So interpreting iron as meteorites isn’t necessary, and isn’t how scholars traditionally understood it.

@Boogeyman_925 The meme is not about the Miraj... Maybe you are the one that should read first. But spoiler alert. The next meme will be about the Miraj.

In Qur'an 57:25, the phrase “We sent down iron” uses the Arabic word anzalnā (sent down). That same wording is used in many places in the Qur’an, not only for physical objects falling from the sky, but also for things provided, granted, or made available by God. That’s why: 7:26 says God “sent down clothing” 39:6 says He “sent down livestock” No Muslim scholar historically understood those to mean shirts or cows literally dropped from the sky. It’s a figurative expression meaning God is the ultimate source/provider.

@Boogeyman_925 That's what Christians say when we read the Quran and how it misrepresents our belief. Maybe the Quran was just meant as a meme too. But some clowns didn't get the joke and took it literally and seriously. Just like some clowns do with my memes.

The disbelievers of Mecca demanded from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) that if he were to ascend to the heavens and bring down a book for them, only then would they believe in him. In response, Allah the Exalted instructed him to say that He is far above such demands. This implies that Allah has never taken any human being bodily up to the heavens, and the Prophet is only a human messenger. Therefore, if one accepts the belief that Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) physically ascended to the heavens, it would also imply that he is neither human nor a messenger. “Or you ascend into the sky—and even then we will not believe in your ascension until you bring down to us a book that we can read.” Say, “Glory be to my Lord! Am I anything but a human messenger?” (Surah Al-Isra 17:93/94)

Seen not by the eyes, but by the heart: If the Mi'raj had been a physical event, then the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would have seen Allah with his physical eyes. However, both the Qur’an and Hadith indicate that whatever was seen was perceived by the heart. “The heart did not lie about what it saw.” (Surah An-Najm 53:11) “And the vision We showed you was only a trial for the people…” (Surah Al-Isra 17:60/61) It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): “He (the Prophet) saw Him (Allah) with his heart twice.” (Sahih Muslim, Book of Faith) Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: “Whoever claims that Muhammad (peace be upon him) saw his Lord has fabricated a great lie against Allah… Have you not heard that Allah, the Exalted, says: ‘Vision cannot grasp Him, but He grasps all vision…’” (Sahih Muslim, Book of Faith) These references suggest that the experience was spiritual in nature, perceived by the heart rather than through physical sight.

The ascension (Mi'raj) of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was not physical but spiritual. It is also established from Hadith that Isra and Mi'raj were two separate events. The Mi'raj, meaning the ascent to the heavens, occurred in the 5th year of Prophethood while the Prophet was sleeping in the Kaaba (Masjid al-Haram). In contrast, Isra, the journey to Jerusalem (Bayt al-Maqdis), took place in the 11th year of Prophethood while he was sleeping in the house of his cousin, Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her). The fact that both events occurred during a state of sleep suggests that they were spiritual rather than physical experiences.
