I’ve made many Jewish friends on this app in the last year or so.
Don’t think they aren’t noticing the “Christians” who despise them.
Don’t think they don’t appreciate the ones who defend them.
But of course at the end of the day it’s about God’s approval, and He won’t look kindly on those taking His name in vain to oppress the Jewish people.

The Church Fathers, down the line, were hardcore “Replacement Theologians” (as he calls it). They all emphatically claimed that the church replaced Israel as the Covenant people of God.
What the DID believe is called “The Ingathering of the Nations” in which ALL nations will be redeemed and reconciled to God in the eschaton. Because the Abrahamic Promise says ALL nations would be blessed through Abraham (on account of Christ), that includes ethnic Jews, who will one day come to Christ and be redeemed.
The bait-and-switch that this Judeo-Christian influencer is attempting is to hope YOU are too stupid to know that’s not the same as *Dispensational* Premillennialism, which teaches that Jews remain in Covenant despite their rejection of Jesus, and PRIOR TO their mass conversion.
ALL of the Church Fathers - down the line - would have anathematized Joel Berry from the church and handed him over to Satan for heresy. That’s not exaggerative. Some might have suggested he be set on fire for claiming that Jews remain in Covenant without Christ.
Meanwhile, the Church Fathers ALSO believed that EVERY nation would be redeemed and drawn to Zion - including the Persians (Iranians) and Philistines (Palestinians). But nobody suggests we fund their militaries and turn a blind eye to their genocides because one day God will redeem them.
In Isaiah 19 it tells us Egypt and Assyria will all be saved, and in Isaiah 29 it tells us they will be given Zion along with all the other nations.
Q. Why isn’t Berry demanding that Egypt be given an allotment in the West Bank because God’s going to save them one day?
A. Because he works for the Israel Lobby to manipulate Christians to support a nation that rejects Jesus and mistreats Jesus’ followers. He does theology for hire.

You can post passages if you really want to engage with that. But everything I stated is the pattern of scripture: rebellion, expulsion, repentance, restoration. The Israelites were returned home due to their faithfulness. The Jews today are in rebellion, so whatever you want to call that region of land it is certainly NOT “Israel”; it just pretends to be.

One of the biggest of God’s signs was the creation of Israel. People had long ago predicted it, e.g. I recently learned Isaac Newton had written about it hundreds of years before it happened. The reason they all knew it was coming is that it’s very clearly prophecied in Isaiah. He literally talks about how there will be a ‘second’ gathering of all the Jews, right as he was in the midst of the start of the first exile that was taking off around 700 BC.
You might not really believe Isaiah but Newton et al really did.

Here are some early church fathers talking about the future salvation and restoration of Israel:
Tertullian, 2nd century AD: "For it will be fitting for the Christian to rejoice, and not to grieve, at the restoration of Israel, if it be true, (as it is), that the whole of our hope is intimately united with the remaining expectation of Israel.”
Origen, 2nd Century AD: he was a supersessionist, but he believed Israel's replacement by the church was only temporary. "For the Church was called between the two callings of Israel; that is to say, first Israel was called, and afterwards when Israel had stumbled and fallen, the Church of the Gentiles was called. But when the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, then will all Israel, having been called again, be saved.”
Jerome, 4th century AD: "When the Jews receive the faith at the end of the world, they will find themselves in dazzling light, as if our Lord were returning to them from Egypt.”
St. Cyril of Alexandria, 4th century AD: "Although it was rejected, Israel will also be saved eventually, a hope which Paul confirms. . . For indeed, Israel will be saved in its own time and will be called at the end, after the calling of the Gentiles.”
"At this place in the text, the migration of Israel back to the land is mentioned. . . And people will ascend, gathered on top of Zion, which sums up the goal of the prophecy. For the inhabitants of Zion, he says, are saved by God."

Cassiodorus, 5th century AD: "He will not always be angry, nor will he be wroth forever. This verse can be applied also to the Jewish people, who we know are to be converted at the world’s end."
St. Prosper of Aquitaine, 5th Century AD: "Yet, when the fulness of the Gentiles will have come in, then a flood of the same waters of grace is promised for their [the Jews'] dry hearts. . . . When the Apostle Paul stopped in his knowledge and discussion of this problem and gave way to utter astonishment, who would be so presumptuous as to believe that he could try and explain it rather than admire it in silence?"
This is not even an exhaustive list. If you'd like, I can also give you some speeches and sermons of Puritans and early Baptists in the 1600s saying some of the most Zionist stuff you've ever heard, centuries before dispensationalism or the Zionist movement even existed.
Does any of this mean necessarily that modern Israel is the beginning of the fulfillment of these prophecies? No. For all we know, Israel could be destroyed and scattered for another 2,000 years before these things happen.
Does this mean we need to pledge unconditional loyalty to modern Israel no matter what? Of course not. But nobody is saying we have to. Morally sane people support Israel as a free, modern civilization defending itself against a savage Islamic death cult, and you don't need to be a Christian Zionist to see it that way.

The truth is inevitable and your staking a lot of your already-flickering credibility on this: Read what the owner is saying. He is telling the truth. The restaurant does not have operable cameras so the owner most certainly cannot definitively state that Tyler was at his restaurant on September 10th. I can tell you definitively that there were 3 servers on that night. The server that actually served Tyler Robinson was certain it was him and reported it to management when Tyler’s face was blasted across the news thereafter. The owner then checked the server’s claim by pulling the receipts and discovered that— at the very least— someone with the name of Tyler Robinson had paid with his credit/debit card, exactly when the server had said he did. The restaurant then reported the transaction to the Feds. The receipt that has been posted is real. All of this is factual and will come out in due time. There is no way around it. Tick-tock, propagandists.
