🚨🚨𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: 💣
The Premier League’s independent panel has reportedly issued an apology to Arsenal FC, admitting the club were denied SIX points due to VAR errors across previous seasons. 😳
The panel acknowledged that Arsenal should have been awarded a penalty against Aston Villa F.C. after Douglas Luiz fouled Gabriel Jesus inside the box.
They also admitted Ivan Toney’s equaliser against Arsenal should have been ruled out for offside, but due to human error, VAR officials Forgot to draw the offside lines.

🚨 According to reports, Arsenal are statistically the most VAR-affected club in Europe since the introduction of the system. 👀
A study covering the period between 2017 and 2025 claims Arsenal have been involved in 78 VAR incidents, leading to around 80 minutes of delays during matches.
The report also states that the Premier League is the most VAR-disrupted league in world football, with fans collectively spending 1,126 minutes waiting for reviews and decisions over recent seasons.
Arsenal have repeatedly voiced concerns over VAR inconsistency, and the latest example came against West Ham United when a late equaliser was ruled out after a lengthy review.
VAR is supposed to improve fairness, but the constant delays continue to frustrate fans and players alike.
Has VAR improved football overall in your opinion?
