Isaiah 43:11 — “I, even I, am YHWH, and BESIDES ME THERE IS NO SAVIOR.” God says salvation is exclusively His. Then He shows up wearing the name. Islam gave me a Jesus with a meaningless name and a limited job — prophet, messenger, warner, nothing more. The Bible gave me a Jesus whose NAME is the Gospel. Acts 4:12 — “There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” The name I was taught was empty. The real name was the whole message. YHWH saves. I’m the proof. Praise the Lord, there’s POWER in Your NAME.

Let me be honest. I wanted to stay Muslim so badly. Not even because of God at first, but because of the life attached to it. My dad’s businesses were waiting for me. Signed and ready. My mom’s community. Doctors, lawyers, politicians. Connections everywhere. Success was laid out in front of me. There was even an arranged marriage lined up. A doctor. Beautiful future. House. Wedding. Stability. All I had to do was say one sentence: “Yeah, I still believe.” That was it. Keep the money. Keep the family approval. Keep the life. But here’s what ruined it for me: I could not unsee Jesus. Once I really read the Quran and compared it to the Gospel, I couldn’t force myself back into pretending. And honestly, knowledge becomes heavy at that point. Because I didn’t leave Islam to rebel. I left because I could not betray what I believed was true. No business opportunity, no relationship, no comfortable future was worth denying the King who gave His life for me. So yeah, my life would have been easier if I stayed. But when Jesus says, “I am the way,” you don’t answer with, “But the other path feels safer.” You pick up your cross and walk.

You know what wrecked me when I was converting to Christianity? Jihad is literally the gospel in reverse. Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. The gospel says Christ shed His blood for YOU. Jihad says you shed your blood for ALLAH. Jesus lays down His life to save His enemies. Jihad calls you to take the lives of enemies in pursuit of God's favor. Christianity says the Shepherd dies so the sheep can live. Jihad says the sheep die hoping the Shepherd accepts them. They are mirrors. One is grace, the other is striving. One says, "It is finished." The other says, "Do more." Jesus never asked me to earn God's love with my blood, he proved God's love by shedding His own. That's why the cross changed everything for me. Jesus didn't come to tell us how to die for God. He came to die for us so we could truly live. PRAISE GOD! I AM FREE! Now, we need to make all the Muslims Christian.
