@oliverburdick Things like the 2nd generation of humanity being brothers (and some unnamed extras not described) are a clear sign that the whole thing was cobbled together as an allegorical history. Imagine believing an ancient folk text to be a complete account to accept without question.

@lorenzo_xv @oliverburdick So true. Critical intelligent thinking is hard for some people. Just believing the story you got told as a result of the accident of where you were born makes much more sense.

@oliverburdick The question is, why didn’t some monkeys evolve and become humans? Why were they left behind? For me, it would take 1000 times more faith to believe in the evolution story than to believe in Christianity.
