Start by being active in the comments on YouTube shows. I've meet other creators that way and connections. Personally, I feel reaching out is best done in private DMs. Keeps things one on one and avoids putting someone on the spot, etc. And if they don't respond just accept it and move forward. You got this, dude

Man, that's a solid plan. You're 100% right, We're so scared of hearing we did something wrong that we end up stuck. You gotta chase the real feedback, the stuff that actually tells you something. The praise is nice, but the critique is what makes the whole thing better. I'm gonna go on as many streams as I can and just reach out to as many people as possible. One of my best friends in all of this has been @Frost_Comics , and he has been invaluable in telling me about the good people out there who genuinely want to help. That's what I'm really after. I don't just want promo spots or shout-outs. I want to build real relationships and friendships with people in this space. It feels like that's the only way to really do it and not go crazy.
