Don't believe the hard gainer bs. You'll gain fine if you isolate. Your issue, you never recruit type 2 fibers because your body is efficient af. Lower the weight 50% (there's a reason). Set 1 fast reps. Set 2-4 slow, 8s reps. Pain on joints? Lower the damn weight. Fyi, pumps are your win.

It’s just hard for me to gain weight, I’m 33 & my metabolism still hasn’t slowed down yet. When I lift I gain muscles & get ripped but the scale doesn’t move much, maybe 3-5lbs at most.

I have a 6’5 cousin who was 170lbs at 25. He’s now 240lbs. Fundora doesn’t want to gain the weight.
