It’s funny. I wrote my book with women in mind, bc well.. I’m a woman. I thought, ‘what did I need to know and hear along my own healing journey?’ (A journey that I’m still on and likely will forever be on…) It’s been really incredible to see so many men also pick up my book, read it and Relate. Humbling. Flattering. And just really unexpected. I’m beyond grateful for the support. Relating is one of the most powerful tools we as humans have. So when that happens in unexpected places, it’s pretty frickin’ cool. I want to continue to also invite my female friends on here, to check out what I wrote, bc truthfully, I wrote it for you; for us. I wrote it for people who are sick of their own bullshit and ready to breakthrough to their most purposeful and meaningful versions of themselves. I wrote it for the people who refuse to stay down, and seek More out of life. It was on my heart to share this. (Trust me I could go on… and on 😆). My intention with “I Hope You Feel Better”, was truly to continuously help you do just that. Feel Better.. and better.. and better. It’s go-time people. If you’ve been waiting for a sign; this is it. Big love to you all. 🫶
