@jamonholmgren Similar here. Been active until the late twenties, actively playing soccer. Then 10 years of nothing. Now at 40 going to the gym and feeling strong again.

This is when I let my body go to crap through bad eating and not being as active as I was pre-19. Got even worse 29-36, finally got in shape at 37. Still struggle with weight but I play hockey 2x per week, basketball 1x, and lift weights. Pretty active for a 42 year old. So -- don't let it ever slip.
