@edam0mmi @cals4tyun I always tell ppl its the 350 is the MINIMUM and ppl like my mom is always like "oh well 260 should be fine stop obsessing you dont need THAT much food for it" and it makes me feel fat for trying to have more for it.

@Bos_Edtwt @cals4tyun technically lurasidone has less risk for toxicity than lithium but 350c is the hard minimum you need while taking it + food aids in absorption, so i would rec that u up your intake if you can (but always default to ur doctor for advice, im just a stranger on the internet)

I was trying to recover and I was bulking to get muscle and everyone around me is losing and talking about fasting and starving so I felt so embarrassed I relapsed so hard

i’m bulking (eating 1400-1800c depending on the day) because i want to gain muscle but muscle=weight so i feel super fat and everyone ik is trying to lose weight so the gaining makes me want to speedrun down to bmi 16s and idk what to do im so chubby now im embarassed
