My god @bostonsci has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I just want an upgrade to my spinal cord stimulator and they are absolutely useless in answering how it can be done.

Hey @bostonsci you called me 5 Yrs too late. You had the nerve to call me 12/4/25 to ask me how is it going for something you implanted into my body 1/21. Not once have you called me before, You told me it was MRI compatible, that is misleading. Scale of 1 to 10 a 1 - Regret

Almost exactly 6 years ago I almost lost my dad to a brain hemorrhage caused by blood thinners. A few months later he finally got the #Watchman from @bostonsci Now he has a blood clot and may have to go back on blood thinners. So much for the promise of Watchman!

@PennMedicine it is very difficult navigating thru life since I fused my spine 9/13/23 - after clearance for months my @bostonsci PAIN Stimulator that's MRI safe... is "not safe" apparently canceling it because the mistake is on your end is BS! #MarcottesTeamKnows I'm in hell.
