@BotanistSteel I replaced them with aluminum before 100rds. Didn't fail though

@BotanistSteel Everything looks right but I'd really tilt it to take that layer line somewhere else. Something is off with the machine or layer thickness. Check the nozzle, but it doesn't look like under extrusion

Bolt broke again during assembly (last 2 broke during first test shoot, 1 after shot and one while trying to chamber/cock the hammer). Esun pla plus. What print orientation should the bolt be in? As well as the cocking piece? @Stubbs_GunGuy

Strange as Esun was a good one for me when I tested it. Layer separations like that didn't occur for me, testers usually broke the handle. We have a new one in testing that uses a bolt as a reinforced sear surface I highly recommend, but when we get to those do a Hoffman tilt on the bolt handle to throw those layer lines off

@Stubbs_GunGuy Ill try printing hotter and slower. I'm also printing one in pa6 cf and gf to test out
